Now in 2 Downtown Locations, okay sometimes 3.
We have 2 carts now.  The original is located at 16th and Arapahoe Street (map) downtown.  Just across the street from the big clock tower on the 16th Street Mall.  We show up at about 10am and get started.  It takes probably a half hour to get set up and that first pan of onions going.  We can probably get you a dog cooking with all the stuff by about 10:30 or 10:45.  We hang out until at least 3...
